It involves formulating precise instructions to better guide and personalise the responses given by artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT. The way in which a question is asked or a request is formulated directly influences the quality of the answer obtained. For example, adding an instruction such as ‘proceed step by step’ can lead the model to produce a clearer and more complete response than without this indication. A better understanding of how AI tools work therefore makes it possible to obtain results that are more relevant and tailored to one's needs. During the workshop, participants will discover the main techniques and situations in which prompting is used, as well as its advantages for inclusive foreign language teaching and learning. The audience will also have the opportunity to test features and design their own activities using ChatGPT (GPT-5 version). |
